Directive 2/19, “Measures to Promote Equal Opportunities and Strengthen the Role of the Single Guarantee Committees in Public Administrations,” requires that by March 30 of each year, the CUG submit a report to the Department of Public Administration and the Department for Equal Opportunities that includes, as set forth in Section II - Implementation and monitoring of the directive, the following points must be provided by the Administration and analyzed by the CUG:
- a quantitative analysis of staff broken down by gender and by functional area and management level, distinguished by management tier and by type of position assigned pursuant to Article 19 of Legislative Decree No. 165 of 2001;
- an aggregate breakdown by gender of average salaries, highlighting any gender differences;
- a description of the actions carried out in the previous year, highlighting, for each one, the expenditure categories and the amount of resources used;
- an indication of the results achieved through positive actions undertaken to prevent and eliminate all forms of discrimination, with an indication of the gender breakdown of the workforce;
- a description of the actions to be implemented in subsequent years, highlighting, for each action, the expenditure categories and the amount of resources to be committed;
- the administration’s gender budget.
